The FinestGov™ SMART FLEET Management Platform

 

The FinestGov™ SMART FLEET Management Platform provides companies with a number of tools to manage and to track their fleet more efficiently.  The system displays each vehicles trip history including hours driven, driver details and mileage, a history of events for each vehicle and all forms / occurrences that were reported for each vehicle.   In addition to the management and the monitoring that the system offers, the Vehicle Management Module provides a solution to many cases, where the company wants to know who was driving the vehicle on a particular date or when a certain event occurred.

A complaint was filed or an event was reported about a company’s vehicle

 Enter all the vehicles in the company with their details

 

Provide each vehicle with a unique vehicle identification by reading the vehicle tag, NFC or barcode

Assign a task or driver to a vehicle with an estimated return time 

 Register the vehicle, in the server or on the smartphone, and register the taking and the return of the vehicle

The rregistration and the tracking of mileage on a vehicle 

Fill and Print car inspection forms
