The FinestGov.com™ Forms Generator module provides our customers with powerful tools to create unlimited forms with various questions and that could be used for all sorts of useful applications and data collection scenarios.  These forms can be linked to any event in the system.  If and when the event occurs, the user / employee will be offered to fill-out the attached form. The form can also have a list of automated tasks attached to it, and upon completion, can begin launching and implementing those tasks. The tasks can also be different, depending on what information was entered into the forms.
