The FinestGov.com™ system is based on a data-cloud server and a mobile phone application on the side of the field worker user (which can be downloaded from one of the standard application stores to make onboarding extremely easy). The installation processes is quick and easy, and there is no need to allocate expensive resources to establish and to maintain this system. However, for customers requiring ultimate security we can provide private secure servers, and devices by a special security team, who all have Security Clearance, and experts with Top Secret Security Clearance are available, to implement the systems for the most demanding customers. Both our standard level customers and our Top Secret Security Clearance level customers can benefit from the fact that the system has been designed with utmost security and secure communications, and secure field worker management in mind.
The system is simple to operate by users and server operators both, while employing high quality ergonomics and a simple to use user interface; thus allowing for a very quick set up time. A large organization can be up and running in a matter of hours, by utilizing our prebuilt templates, and templates that have been used, tested and improved by other customers in the same field and by dragging and dropping our modules into the system. Most of the set up and operations of the system can be handled by non technical people, and the system can be customized in incredibly powerful ways by non technical people providing small and large organizations with virtually any type of workflow management and design. A typical large customer would have numerous admin interfaces and numerous mobile device interfaces for each sub-segment of their users, and all of these interfaces could be easily customized and changed at any time by authorized nontechnical customer personnel, thus allowing them to adapt each interface to the needs of each type of employee as the system is used and new organizational requirements are uncovered. A security officers and a security department supervisor would see a different mobile user and admin interfaces than a mail and package and delivery package delivery person and supervisor, as would a building inspector and his supervisor, or a school maintenance subcontractor and his supervisor, while all of them still being able to communicate within the same system and all of the data that each of them submit through their own interfaces all being able available to a higher up decision maker, who wants to see daily, weekly or monthly reports on the entire organizations activities, expenditures and performance.
The system also uses GPS and NFC (Near Field Communication) technology for report tracking and security by reading the tag located on the reported checkpoints, by providing a keychain tag to the employees or subcontractors to use during login, or by tagging all the locations the employee or the subcontractor logs in from to increase the security of their logins into the system and the platform also utilized numerous other unique technologies for safety, efficiency and effectiveness.
