FinestGov Platform Servers™
All system settings are set up on the FinestGov™ servers: These servers can either be maintained by FinestGov™ and collocated at our secure and disaster proof server farm or could be maintained at the customers own location. All of our systems are designed with security in mind and no one accept for the customer has any access to their own data which is completely encrypted. For maximum security we can also provide specially designed servers that can be set up by our customers technical personnel, for complete security and privacy, and can be set up and maintained by our special security team of experts, 100% of whom have Top Secret Security Clearance.
FinestGov™ Mobile Workforce Management Solutions
Field operation of the system by an employee is simple and intuitive, consisting of the following actions that show a typical workday in the life of an out of the office employee:
- The employee identifies himself to the FinestGov™ System at the beginning of a work day by showing the personal tag or by entering the user code and password
- Once identified and confirmed through a security clearance, he receives his intended work route
- The worker reports the beginning of a route by reading his tag or by typing in the system
- Once he arrives at the next maintenance / check point the worker reports his arrival by reading the location’s tag. This can be done automatically by using the gps of the device, or by letting the employee tag themselves through specially positioned local locator beacons
- An employee has the ability to report unusual events at the checkpoints through an integrated system or by reading designated event tags such as "exposed electrical wire", "potential terrorist threat", "fire hazard", "criminal activity", “missing garbage container”, “leaking drinking fountain”, and so forth
- After reporting an unusual event, the system will activate the set action for the event such as email notifications, calls, text messages, message through the FinestGov™ communication platform, and more, and can notify anyone within the company or in the government agency or any other municipality, agency, company or person who is on the system or not on the system for multiple layers of alarms, communication and performance dependencies etc. For example the system can send out a warning every few minutes or every few days until a threat is disabled, or could be set to send out messages to different individuals all at the same time or at different intervals, and would not stop keeping track of the situation, until it is notified by authorized personnel that the issue has been resolved.
- Events can be recorded by audio, video or still photographs
- The system also uses artificial intelligence to predict actions which the employee should be taking, and helping them choose the right actions in any given situation
- At any time the employee can activate the panic button for instant connection to the company service center in case of emergency calls. All reported data from the employee or a subcontractor / inspector / guard / security or safety officer is sent in real-time through the FinestGov™ Communication servers to the identified recipients. Everyone including cleaning personnel to a concerned citizen in theory could be turned into another set of eyes, to prevent and to identify threats, and dangerous situations, while giving the management complete control over everyone's rights and settings within the system, and being able to identify where all of their employees are and what they are doing at this time, how long it has taken them to perform each task, and providing them with complex analytical reports.
FinestGov™ Real-Time Supervision and Tracking Platform
All of the data is transmitted from the field, recorded and saved on in its customers storage section on the FinestGov™ servers. The data is analyzed in real-time, while automatic email, sms, phone call or message notifications can be sent to the individuals that need to be contacted, as has been predefined and present by each customer. The management can also be notified of delays in checkpoint visits, and can be alerted of irregularities reported by the employee or of other irregularities in the performance of preset tasks. All of this can be seen in real time, and can be made available by printing out a set of specialized reports covering all sorts of scenarios and request for information and analysis. The system is also self aware and can notify management in case it identifies performance issues in any individuals record and can identify potential threats or alerts that it should issue and can notify various levels of management or stakeholders automatically of any such events or patterns.
Additionally the system displays the situation of field activities at any given moment through:
- An active dashboard which displays graphs of all worker activity in the field, route progress rates and notifications and irregularity reports made by active employees
- Produces reports with various cross analyses of system data such as route completion compared to planned schedules, unvisited points, delays, reported irregularities
The FinestGov™ Central Management System
The FinestGov.com™ Central Management System server is cloud based, providing management, control and supervision of field workers anywhere in the world.
The server system includes the following elements:
One time setup of all the system components such as: organization settings, sites, checkpoints, routes, users, timed working plans, etc.
The Ability to send messages to mailing lists in real-time through email, sms, automated phone call recordings, or through a number of external as well as through an internal secure communication messanger
- Report tasks at a checkpoint
- Warnings of delays at checkpoints or delays with tasks
- Warnings of unusual reports from the field
- Produces simple and extremely complex analytical and operational reports with various cross analyses, and uses AI to identify points of interest
FinestGov.com™ NFC Technologies
FinestGov™ makes extensive use of NFC technologies in the following ways:
- Each employee (field worker or mobile contractor) has his own personal secure NFC tag. With this tag the employee can login into the system through our secure app on his smartphone, simply by attaching the tag to the device. The FinestGov™ application reads the NFC’s unique ID and identifies the employee. This procedure replaces the manual entry of the employee’s username and password during each login, which both saves time, and makes the login more secure. We also provide organizations with double and triple confirm methods where both the NFC tag and the password plus a specially received pass code, which is sent through a messenger or via SMS all need to be used in conjunction to log into the system.
- Each location or checkpoint, has a unique NFC sticker installed on it which uniquely identifies that checkpoint, point of interest or location. In order to verify that the employee did physical arrive at the right location during their visit, the employee simply reads the checkpoint’s NFC tag with their smartphone or another FinestGov™ enabled device. The system then reads the NFC tag’s unique ID and checks and verifies whether or not the checkpoint is the right location for the visit ( each route is pre-planned for the employees, thus saving time and maximizing efficiency. Each employee can request to change their route, for various reasons and the system will allow the manager to create allowances for such changes. This also guarantees that each employee actually shows up at each location, and stays there for the time duration, that they are supposed to be there (the employee, can be required to read the NFC tag again as they are leaving the location, after they are done), while also allowing the employee to record photographs, video or audio as proof of some of the more important tasks actually being completed, for record keeping, and for the protection of both employees and management.
FinestGov.com™ Time and Attendance Tools
The FinestGov.com™ employee time and attendance supervision system provides companies with a reliable and a precise tool for supervising the attendance of employees at company owned sites in the field, construction sites, and companies handling house visits.
The system is equipped with all of the tools a company requires to manage employees and to track their attendance at different sites in real-time from any location and at any given moment. The system allows for complete control over company owned locations and employees.
The system provides an accurate situation report at all times regarding employee attendance at requested sites, arrival and departure reports, alerts about absent employees, irregularities and so on, all in real-time.
The FinestGov™ Active Dashboard
FinestGov™ Active Dashboard is an active graphic control panel updated directly from the field with real-time data about job related activities that are occurring during the current working day. The dashboard is continually updated in real time and always displays current data from events that have occurred within the last few minutes.
The dashboard is designed to be easily customized to your company’s specific needs. Any part of the dashboard can be modified to include only specific and relevant data. It can also be replaced with another chart or report from a rich preset list of both. The FinestGov™ Alert Module
The FinestGov™ Alert Module provides you powerful tools to ensure you and all of the necessary stakeholders are properly alerted to field activities and events, and are notified both when your mobile employees wish to contact you and when the AI system notices something unusual about the events and activities.
You have full control over the notification system, and can set the system to alert you about certain events and occurrences. This keeps the supervisors and the managers free to do other things, without having to spend all of their time monitoring each worker or worrying whether the employees or the contractors are performing the planned activities at the right time, and in the way you wanted them performed.
FinestGov™ Scheduling Module
FinestGov™ Scheduling Module provides several methods to define routes, to schedule visits, and to assign them to a certain employee. Each company or industry can adapt the best and the most relevant way to schedule visits. During the day, new schedules can be created, and the system will automatically notify field workers in real-time of any changes that could be sent from the central office or that could be adjusted by the artificial intelligence tools for better route optimization etc... as can be predefined by the management.
FinestGov.com™ Forms Generator module provides our customers with powerful tools to create unlimited forms with various questions and that could be used for all sorts of useful applications and data collection scenarios. These forms can be linked to any event in the system. If and when the event occurs, the user / employee will be offered to fill-out the attached form. The form can also have a list of automated tasks attached to it, and upon completion, can begin launching and implementing those tasks. The tasks can also be different, depending on what information was entered into the forms.

- With arrival at a checkpoint the guard reports his arrival by reading the location’s tag
- He has the ability to report unusual events at the checkpoint through the system or by reading designated event tags such as "terrorist threat", "fire hazard", “broken lock”, “alarm” and so forth
- After reporting an unusual event, the system will activate the set action for the event such an email notifications
- Events can be recorded by audio, video or photographs
- At any time the guard can activate the panic button for instant connection to the service center in case of emergency calls
